PITTSFORD, N.Y. – St. John Fisher men's lacrosse junior midfielder Sean Donaldson has been selected to the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Coaches Association (USILA) Team of the Week for Week 6 of the 2025-26 season. He's the first Fisher player to earn weekly honors from the USILA since Nicholas Miller did so in May 2022.
Donaldson totaled eight points on six goals and two assists over the Cardinals' games against No. 10 RIT and No. 19 SUNY Cortland last week. He matched his career high with four goals and had an assist for five points to lead Fisher to a 10-8 victory over Cortland on Saturday. He scored three of his goals in the second half, with one coming during a three-goal, fourth-quarter run that put the Cardinals in front for good.
Also named Empire 8 Co-Offensive Player of the Week on Monday, Donaldson has 25 total points on 17 goals and eight assists through eight games this season. He's tallied multiple points in each game.
The No. 11 Cardinals (7-1) open Empire 8 Conference play against Russell Sage at 1 p.m. Saturday at Growney Stadium.
