PITTSFORD, N.Y. – Junior Caitlin Voloshen and freshman Sierra Myers set program records as the St. John Fisher women's track and field team competed at the Geneseo Early Season Outdoor Invite this weekend.
Voloshen set a program record in the 1500m run with a time of 4:42.87. She placed first in the event and met the NCAA Regional qualifying mark.
Myers placed fourth and set a school record in the javelin throw, recording a mark of 33.62m.
Additional Meet Highlights

Freshman Abigail Dorunda had impressive performances in the 100m and 200m runs. She placed sixth and recorded the program's second-best time in the 100m event (12.27 seconds), finishing .01 off from the school record.

Dorunda placed seventh in the 200m run and tied the program's second-best time in the event (25.68 seconds).

Freshman Makenna Manson placed 10th and recorded the program's fourth-fastest time in the 200m run (26.01).

The Cardinals' 4x400 team of senior Emma Wright, senior Gracie Wright, sophomore Sophia Leach and Dorunda placed first and recorded the program's second-fastest time in the event (4:00.53). The group also met the NCAA Regional qualifying mark.

Senior Ciarra Franz placed fourth and met the NCAA Regional standard in the 100m hurdles event (14.64 seconds).

Senior Veronica Duell placed second and met the NCAA Regional standard in the long jump with a mark of 5.60m.

Freshman Kathryn Hillyard recorded the fifth-best pole vault mark (3.05m) in program history.
