PITTSFORD, N.Y. – St. John Fisher men's volleyball graduate senior Griffin Stella and senior Ian Rauh have been named 2025 Division III All-Americans by the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA).
Now two-time AVCA All-America selections, Stella earned first-team honors, while Rauh garnered honorable mention recognition. Stella joined David Cerqua and Josh Bigford, a three-time first-team selection, as the third player in Fisher history to be named a first-team All-American by the AVCA.
Stella, named to the AVCA All-Region II team last week, amassed a career-high 243 kills and hit .493 – the third-best mark in Division III and by far the best single-season mark in Fisher history – this past season. The 2025 first-team All-United Volleyball Conference pick finished second on the team with 74 blocks.
Stella ranks first in St. John Fisher history in total blocks (377) and second in hitting percentage (.448%) and kills (768).
A 2025 second-team All-UVC pick, Rauh this past season slammed 251 kills and hit .432, the ninth-highest attack percentage in Division III. He led the Cardinals with 90 total blocks.
Rauh, also named to the AVCA All-Region II team, stands first in program history in hitting percentage (.457%), fourth in kills (540) and fifth in total blocks (199).
