ROCHESTER, N.Y. – St. John Fisher men's track and field sophomore Manuel Sepulveda became a first-team All-American in the triple jump on Saturday afternoon in the NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field Championships.

Sepulveda, a transfer from the University at Buffalo, placed seventh in the event with a mark of 14.89 meters, earning first-team All-American honors for the first time in his collegiate career. That distance marked his second-longest jump of the season in the event.

The Cardinals have had two first-team All-Americans in the triple jump since the 2021-22 season. Kyle Rollins, one of the best athletes to ever represent Fisher, placed seventh in the 2022 Division III Indoor Championships.

Sepulveda earned second-team All-American honors on Friday afternoon with a 15th-place finish in the long jump.
