PITTSFORD, N.Y. – St. John Fisher women's cross country senior Olivia Grinnell has earned third-team All-Empire 8 Conference honors for the 2025 season, the league announced on Tuesday. 

The Empire 8 first, second and third team all-conference selections were determined at the championship meet on Nov. 1 from St. John Fisher's Murphy Field Cross Country Course. Grinnell placed 24th in the 6k race with a time of 24:13.3, the third-best mark ever by a Fisher runner on the Cardinals' home course. 

Junior Maggie Bacon was selected as St. John Fisher's representative on the conference's "Tomorrow's Leaders Team." The Tomorrow's Leaders Team recognizes a student-athlete from each E8 team who has demonstrated leadership in competition, in the classroom and in their community.
