The St. John Fisher College women's soccer (6-8-2) team held Rochester (10-2-2) to only one goal
in a 1-0 loss on senior day at Growney Stadium.
Fisher's defense was key in the first half, as the Yellowjackets dominated play, out-shooting Fisher 9-1. The game remained a scoreless tie until Rochester's Marissa Braverman headed a ball into the corner of the net with only nine seconds left in the half.
Fisher picked up the speed in the second half, recording five of its six shots, but failed to get on the board.
