The Fisher volleyball team went 1-1 on Saturday in the first day of the Empire 8 Crossover Tournament, hosted by Elmira College.The Cardinals lost 3-0 to Ithaca College, but bounced back and defeated Hartwick College 3-0 later in the day.   If Fisher can defeat Elmira and Utica on Sunday, the Cardinals will lock up the No. 4 seed in the Empire 8 Conference Championship, marking the program's 32nd postseason bid in its 33-year history.
