St. John Fisher University Athletics

Emily Schultz placed third at the Cortaca Northeast Invite this weekend to lead the St. John Fisher College women's golf team.

The junior shot an 82 on Saturday at the Country Club of Ithaca and then followed it up with an 83 on Sunday at the Country Club of Cortland to finish 21 over par for the event. Both rounds ranked third lowest each day among 38 competitors. 

Over 36 holes, the Penfield native tallied a birdie and 17 pars.
