Kyle Rollins (Groveland/Geneseo) of the nationally-ranked St. John Fisher College men’s track and field team has been named the College’s Male Athlete of the Week for action taking place during the week that ended March 10, 2019.

Rollins put on a show at the NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field Championship over the weekend as the Cardinals finished in 26th place in the team standings. 

On Friday, Rollins nearly won the program’s third individual national championship as the sophomore placed second overall in the high jump and shattered his own previous record with a bound of 2.15 meters.  The performance netted Rollins his third All-American finish in his brief career.

The Groveland native went on to finish 10th in the triple jump.
