Scott Eisenmenger, a senior on the St. John Fisher College baseball team, has been named the College’s Male Athlete of the Week following his on-field performances during the week that ended April 15, 2018.
Eisenmenger joined an elite club last week as the Hilton native became just the seventh active player in Division III to surpass 200 career hits. The infielder moved into a tie for fifth place all-time in Fisher’s storied history in the hit category.
Overall, Eisenmenger batted .400 after going 6-for-15 with a double, one triple, a home run, five RBI and four runs scored.Â
Baseball is scheduled to return to play at 6 p.m. on Wednesday when it takes on SUNY Canton at Colburn Park in Newark for an Empire 8 matchup.
