Claire Bollin (Webster/Webster Schroeder) of the No. 24 St. John Fisher College women’s lacrosse team has been named the College’s Female Athlete of the week for her on-field performances for the week ending April 22nd, 2018.Â

Bollin and the women’s lacrosse team finished up the past week 3-0, including a non-conference victory over No. 15 SUNY Geneseo. Bollin finished the three-game week with a team-lead six goals, five assists, and 11 points.

On Wednesday, the Cardinals defeated Fredonia 18-3, as the senior tallied a hat-trick in the first half, while also adding one assist and five draw controls. Â

In the battle of two top 25 teams, Bollin notched a game-high five-point night, that included two goals and three assists with six draw controls.Â

The Webster, N.Y. native finished up with week with one goal and one assist, as Fisher defeated Houghton 18-13 to improve to 5-1 in the Empire 8. Bollin now leads the team with 26 goals, 41 points, and 77 draw controls.Â

The Cardinals are back in action at home three times this week, first when they welcome Alfred University to Growney Stadium on Tuesday at 4 p.m
