St. John Fisher College has named Trish Scudder (Corning East/Corning) of the women’s lacrosse team as the College’s Female Athlete of the Week for the week ending March 14, 2010.

In an 11-5 loss at nationally-ranked Union College, Scudder finished with one goal and one assist for two points. The senior midfielder scooped up six ground balls and won four draw controls, both tied for the team high.

On the season, Scudder has three goals and two assists for six points. She also has seven ground balls and seven draw controls.

The Cardinals (0-3) will return to action against nationally-ranked William Smith College at 4:30 p.m. on March 23, 2010.
