2025-26

Indoor: Recorded the second-fastest 3,000-meter run time (10:30.68) in program history in the regional championship meet… placed 10th in the mile in the Empire 8 Championships. 

Outdoor: Helped Fisher’s 4x800 team place fifth in the Empire 8 Championships… set a personal record in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 18:39.39 in the Empire 8 Championships… competed in the 4x800 relay in the regional championships, helping the group record the third-best time (9:49.39) in Fisher history. 

2024-25

Indoor: Set the Cardinals’ record in the mile with a time of 5:10.20 in the Boston University Invite… placed seventh in the mile in the Empire 8 Championships… qualified for the regional championship in the 3,000-meter run. 

Outdoor: Logged the second-fastest 800-meter run time (2:20.67) in program history during the St. John Fisher Invite… recorded the third-best 1,500 time (4:50.66) in program history in the Empire 8 Championships… was part of a 4x800 relay team that set the school record with a time of 9:32.33 in the Empire 8 Championships, good for second-place and All-E8 status… competed in the 800-meter run and 4x800 relay in the regional championships.

2023-24

Indoor: Helped the Cardinals’ 4x400 relay team earn third-team All-Empire 8 honors with a third-place finish in the conference championship meet… competed in the DMR in the regional championship.

Outdoor: Helped the Cardinals’ 4x800 relay team earn third-team All-Empire 8 honors with a third-place finish in the conference championship meet… placed fourth in the 1,500-meter run in the Empire 8 Championships. 

2022-23

Indoor: Earned All-Empire 8 status in the mile with a third-place finish in the conference championship meet… part of the DMR team that placed second in the Empire 8 Championship to earn All-Conference honors. 

Outdoor: Helped the Cardinals’ 4x800 relay team earn second-team All-Empire 8 honors with a second-place finish in the conference championship meet.

Other Honors

• Earned College Sports Communicators Academic All-District honors as a junior.
