Indoor: Competed in five meets… logged a personal best time of 12:19.90 in the 3,000-meter run in the Nazareth Conference Tune Up on Feb. 20. 

Outdoor: Competed in six meets… logged a personal best in the 10k with a time of 42:53.21 in the Empire 8 Championship meet… set a personal record in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 20:45.43 in the Cardinal Classic in April. 

2024-25

Indoor: Competed in seven meets… took eighth place in the 3,000-meter run in the Nazareth Alumni Opener Invite with a time of 12:41.83.

Outdoor: Ran in three meets.

High School: Named a 2023 ECIC All-Star for cross country... Received Most Improved honors for Outdoor track in 2024 ... Awarded the 2022 Heart of a Champion Athlete of the Year for cross country.

Personal: Alexis is the daughter of Kara and John Heary… She is studying Childhood Education.
