High School:  Competed in soccer along with indoor and outdoor track… In indoor track & field she competed in the NYS Championships in long jump in 2022, 55m hurdles and triple jump in 2023, 55m hurdles, long jump and triple jump in 2024, and triple jump in 2025... Has her school's record in 55m hurdles and earned MVP honors in 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025... In outdoor track & field she competed in the NYS Championships in 100m hurdles and triple jump in 2022 and 100m hurdles in 2025... Was the IAC League Champion in 100m hurdles, long jump, and triple jump in 2022, 100m hurdles in 2024, 100m hurdles and long jump in 2025... Was the Section IV Class C Champion in 100m hurdles, long jump, and triple jump in 2022 and the Section IV Class D Champion in long jump and triple jump in 2024, and the 100m hurdles and triple jump in 2025... Holds the school record in the 100m hurdle and earned Team MVP honors in 2022, 2023 and 2024... Earned the Molly Huddle Determination and Dedication Award in 2025... In soccer, she earned team MVP  honors in 2023 and 2024.. and was named First-Team All-Conference in 2021, 2023, and 2024... Was First-Team All-Region in 2023 and 2024.. Was Fourth-Team All-State in 2024 and was the All-Region Player of the Year in 2024... Won her school's Female Athlete of the Year Award in 2024 and 2025... Earned National Honor Society & Scholar Athlete honors for soccer, indoor track and outdoor track.

Personal: Makenna is the daughter of Jon and Tifanie Keough, brother Matthew Keough… Mother played soccer at Nazareth University… Makenna is majoring in Biochemistry and Pre-Pharmacy.

Fun Fact: She won the Ernie Davis Memorial Scholarship for organizing a color run that raised over $3,000 for a local community center.
