2025-26

Indoor: Won the Empire 8 title and set the Cardinals’ record in the shot put with a throw of 13.41 meters in the conference championship meet… placed 14th in the shot put with a mark of 11.98 meters in the regional championship meet… earned fourth-team All-Region honors in the shot put. 

2024-25

Indoor: Won the Empire 8 shot put title with a toss of 12.60 meters in the conference championship meet… qualified for regionals in the shot put. 

Outdoor: Earned All-Empire 8 honors in the shot put with a third-place mark of 12.45 meters in the conference championship meet… earned All-Empire 8 status in the discus throw with a second-place mark of 35.53 meters… placed fourth in the regional championship meet in the shot put, recording a throw of 12.58 meters, the third-best mark in program history. 

2023-24

Indoor: Qualified for the regional championship meet in the shot put… placed fifth in the Empire 8 Championships in the shot put.

Outdoor: Qualified for regionals in the shot put and discus throw… placed fourth in both the shot put and discus in the Empire 8 Championships.

2022-23

Indoor: Earned All-Empire 8 honors in the shot put with a mark of 11.48 meters in the conference championship, good for third place… qualified for regionals in the shot put. 

Outdoor: Placed fifth in the shot put and discus throw in the Empire 8 Championships… qualified for regionals in the shot put. 

Other Honors 

• Named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team as a senior.

High School: Member of track and field team and played volleyball 2020-2022… Named Track MVP for her team in 2021… Named team MVP for track in 2022 while also being named All-County… Track County Champion in 2022… Won state qualifiers in 2022… Named All-County in Volleyball in 2022… Broke school’s shot put record in 2022.
