2025-26

Indoor: Competed in nine meets, including the Empire 8 Conference and All-Atlantic Region Conference championships… took first in the 60-meter run and the 200-meter run in the Ithaca Bomber Invite in January… placed fourth in the 60-meter run in the BU David Hemery Invite in February with a time of 7.93… recorded a season-best time of 7.83 seconds in the E8 Championship 60-meter run, the second-fastest mark in program history for the event. 

Outdoor: Competed in eight meets, including the Empire 8 Conference and All-Atlantic Region Conference championships… earned All-Empire 8 honors with a second-place finish in the 100-meter run in the conference championship meet, clocking a time of 12.39 seconds… helped Fisher’s 4x100-meter relay team win the E8 Championship with a time of 48.38 seconds… recorded her best 100-meter relay time (12.22 seconds) of the season in the Cortland Classic in April… also logged a season-best 200-meter time (25.76 seconds) in the Cortland Classic… helped the Cardinals’ 4x100 meter relay team place 10th in the regional championships with a time of 48.10 seconds.

High School:  Appeared in the 2025 Indoor & Outdoor State Championship...  Was the 2025 Foothills Council Girls 100m Champion... In 2022 and 2024 Indoor Sectionals Girls 4x200m champion... Made four sectional appearances and was a four-time Indoor State Qualifier... Was a three time outdoor state qualifier… Was a four time scholar athlete.

Personal: Emily is the daughter of Mom- Kathleen Heiner Dad- Jacob Heiner Sister- Grace Heiner Brother- Aaron Heiner… Emily is majoring in Nursing.
