2022: Ran in six meets on the year ... Finished with a season best 25:17.0 in the 6k.

2021: Ran in three meets on the year … Finished with a personal best 24:27.4 in the 6k.

2020: Raced in both meets of the season ... Finished 19th at the Fisher-Rodenbeck Invite's 4K by recording a time of 18:07.1.

2019: Participated in five meets as a freshman ... Registered a personal best for the 6K at the Highlander Invite on October 5th with a time of 28:03.4 ... Finished in 23rd place at the ESF Mighty Oak Invite on October 19th with a 5K time of 24:09.1. 

High School: Hampshire Gazette All-Star in 2017 and 2018 ... Competed in both cross country and track and field ... Named MVP of cross country team for three straight years and was a state competitor from 2012-18 ... Helped lead her cross country team to a league championship from 2014-18.

Personal: Sophie is majoring in Public Health.  She is the daughter of Anne and James.
