2023: Named First-Team All-Conference... Ran in seven events including both the Empire 8 Championships and NCAA Division III Niagara Region Cross Country Championships... Had a career personal-best 6K time of 22:15.9 at the Empire 8 Championships, finishing seventh... Also had a personal best 4K time (15:16.5) at the Hamilton College Short Course event, where she finished 10th... Placed 38th at Regionals. 

2022: Ran in eight meets on the season ... Finished fourth at the Empire 8 Championship to be named First-Team All-Conference ... Named All-Region after a 29th place finish ... Ran a season best of 23:19.7.

2021: Named First-Team All-Conference … Finished third with a personal best 23:01.4 in the Empire 8 Championship … Competed in Regionals finishing in 40^th place.

2020: Participated in both meets of the year ... recorded two top-five finishes including a fourth place finish in the 5K at the Empire 8 Championship ... named first-team all-conference.

High School: Was a member of the cross country and track and field programs for five years ... Recipient of the Coaches Award as a senior.

Personal: Lauren is the daughter of Deb and Mario ... A high-honor student, she is majoring in Biology and Adolescent Education.
