2023: Named Third-Team All-Conference... Ran in seven cross country events, including both championships... Placed 16th at Empire 8 Cross Country Championships with an 8K time of 26:33.3... Had personal-best 5K time of 16:22.5 at the Hamilton College Short Course event.

2022: Ran in all eight meets of the season ... Named Second-Team All-Conference ... Finished with a personal best of 26:21.9 in the 8k.

2021: Ran in six meets on the year … Finished 26^th in the Empire 8 Championship with a time of 27:47.1 in the 8k.

2020: Raced in both competitions of the year, placing within the top eight finishers of both ... Took sixth place at the Fisher-Rodenbeck Invite ... Raced a personal-best 6K time of 19:45.1 in the Empire 8 Championships to place 8th and earn First-Team All-Conference honors. 

2019: Participated in eight meets as a freshman ... Placed ninth at ESF Mighty Oak Invite on October 19th to help Fisher win the invite ... Earned Second Team All-Conference by finishing 15th at the Empire 8 Championships on November 2nd ... Had his best run in the 5K at Hamilton College on September 7th with a time of 17.22.2 ... Finished the Highlander Invitational 8K on October 5th with a season-low 27.21.4.

High School: Member of the cross country team for three years ... Recipient of the Iron Eagle and Heart of Gold awards ... Named Second-Team All-County in 2018 and went on to be named First-Team as a senior ... Cross country league champions from 2016-18.

Personal: Bogdan is the son of Irina ... A Computer Science major.... Bogdan says his favorite athletic moments are meals spent with his teammates.
