St. John Fisher University Athletics

2025-26: Went 15-7 overall at 125 pounds… went 1-0 in dual action, with the victory coming against Ithaca on Feb. 18… took second place in his weight class in the St. John Fisher Invite in February… claimed fifth at 125 pounds in the Baldwin Wallace John Summa Invite in February, a performance that earned him SUNYAC Rookie of the Week honors… named a scholar All-American by the National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA).

High School: Won a New Jersey District 7 title in 2025… named District 7 Most Outstanding Wrestler in 2025… served as a team captain in 2025… placed third in District 7 in 2023… qualified for regionals in 2023 and 2025, placing in 2023… was a Morris County placer three times (8th, 6th and 4th)... also played soccer… in 2022, Roxbury won the NJAC championship and the North One Group 3 state title… in 2021, the team won the NJAC and reached the North One Group 3 state final… Visha was an All-Morris County Honorable Mention selection in 2022. 

Personal: Daniel is the son of Kate and Teddy Visha… he has two brothers, Alex and Peter… his mother was a semi-pro handball player… he studies criminology.

Fun Fact: Visha enjoys building cars and dirt bikes.
