2025: Appeared and started in 16 games… recorded 36 goals and 38 assists and led the Cardinals in total points (74)... led the team in draw controls (78)... tallied 33 ground balls and caused 21 turnovers... named Empire 8 Midfielder of the Year and to the Empire 8 All-Conference first team… earned first-team All-Region honors from the Intercollegiate Women’s Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA)… named a first-team All-American by the IWLCA for the second time in her career… earned first-team All-America honors from the USA Lacrosse Magazine for the third straight year… earned Empire 8 Player of the Week three times in 2025… named to the 2025 NCAA Division III College Communicators Academic All-District Women's At Large Team... had nine points on six goals and three assists in a win over Cortland on March 15… tallied five assists in three different games… ended her career as the Empire 8 record holder in draw controls (504)... she reached 126 career assists during the 2025 season, passing Jordan Johnson (122 assists from 2014-17) for Fisher's all-time assists record… ranks second in Empire 8 history in career points (300)... ranks fourth in program history in goals scored (174), fifth in caused turnovers (91) and eighth in ground balls (170)... named to IWLCA Division III Honor Roll... became the fourth St. John Fisher student-athlete to be named Empire 8 Woman of the Year, an honor presented to a senior female student-athlete who has distinguished herself throughout her collegiate career in the areas of academic achievement, athletic excellence, service and leadership... named to the 2025 NCAA Division III College Communicators Academic All-District Women's At Large Team.

2024: Named Empire 8 Offensive Player of the Year and to the Empire 8 All-Conference First Team... named MVP of the Empire 8 Championship... named IWLCA Empire All-Region First Team member... earned third-team All-America honors from the IWLCA and first-team All-America honors from the USA Lacrosse Magazine... led the Cardinals in goals (42), assists (26), and points (68) during the regular season, then added 15 more goals and three more assists during postseason play in the Empire 8 and NCAA tournaments... finished the regular season second in the conference in assists per game (1.63) and tied for second for points per game (4.25)... led the Empire 8 in 6.17 points per conference game and was second in both goals per conference game (3.67) and assists per conference game (2.50). 

2023: Named to Empire 8 All-Conference First Team... named MVP of the Empire 8 Championship Tournament... named a First-Team All-American and All-Region player by the IWLCA... named a second-team All-American by the USA Lacrosse Magazine... finished the season tied for a team high of 43 goals, adding 31 assists while leading the team with 74 points... dominated at the draw control with 182, shattering the single-season draw control record of 155... recorded 53 ground balls and 27 caused turnovers to lead the team in both categories... led the Empire 8 in draw controls per game with an average of 9.10.

2022: Named IWLCA First-Team All-Region... named the Empire 8 Player of the Year... named Empire 8 Rookie of the Year... named First-Team All-Conference... named the Empire 8 Championship's Most Valuable Player... appeared and started in 18 games on the season... scored a team-high 36 goals and 30 assists on the season ... tallied 119 draw controls and 36 ground balls to go along with 13 caused turnovers... a threat at free position opportunities, scoring 14-of-28 from the marker... recorded a career-high eight points against Sage on April 16.

Prior to Fisher: Attended Division I Siena College.

High School: Was a member of the basketball program for three years, soccer team for one season and the lacrosse program for five years ... named the 2021 Hilton High School Female Athlete of the Year... named All-Greater Rochester Super 16 in 2021... added to the Class A All-Tournament Team for lacrosse... was All-County four times in all and was picked as a First-Team honoree twice for lacrosse... named her lacrosse team's Most Valuable Player three times overall... helped lead Hilton to a league championship in soccer in 2020.

Personal: An Adolescent Education major with a concentration in History, Sydney is the daughter of Tom and Tracy... she is a member of the National Honor Society and graduated as her class Valedictorian... her favorite athletic memory is winning the Empire 8 in 2022 and 203 and making it to the Sweet 16 in 2023... she started playing lacrosse in the second grade since her brothers played it... her favorite professional sports team is the Buffalo Bills... her superstitions include dancing in the locker room with her teammates and not playing a game until she eats HoneyStinger chews.
