2025: Played in 17 games and started in 11 of them… scooped up 18 ground balls and caused 12 turnovers… ended his career with 52 career caused turnovers, the third most by a player in program history… earned second-team All-Empire 8 Conference honors.

2024: Started in 18 of 19 games played... received All-Conference Second Team honors... assisted on two goals... secured 23 ground balls... caused 16 turnovers. 

2023: Started in 16 games... grabbed 27 ground balls... caused 12 turnovers.

2022: Started five of his 19 assignments ... Secured 13 ground balls and caused two turnovers ... Grabbed two ground balls with one caused turnover against Clark (3/11) and Utica (4/16) ... Helped Fisher take down No. 22 Catholic (5/14) in the second round of the NCAA Tournament with two ground balls and two forced takeaways.

2021: Played in 12 games with one start as a freshman ... Finished the campaign with six ground balls and six caused turnovers ... Posted a season-high two caused turnovers in wins over No. 18 Ithaca (3/27) and SUNY Cortland (4/7).

High School: Played three sports at the varsity level including basketball, lacrosse, and football ... Named All-Greater Rochester Honorable Mention, Section V Class B All-Tournament Team, and First-Team All-Monroe County in 2019 ... Earned All-Monroe County Honorable Mention as a sophomore.

Personal: Joe is the son of Margaret and Greg ... A member of the National Honor Society, he is majoring in Adolescent Education and Biology... His favorite athletic memories are winning three Empire 8 championships... He got into lacrosse during kindergarten because he was big for his age... His favorite pro sports team is the Buffalo Bills... He wears the same socks for every game.
