2025-26

Indoor: Set the Cardinals’ record in the 1,000-meter run with a time of 3:03.12 in the first meet of the season at Nazareth… placed sixth in the mile in the Empire 8 Championships… qualified for regionals in the mile. 

Outdoor: Took ninth place in the 1,500-meter run and helped the Cardinals’ 4x800 relay team to a fifth-place finish in the Empire 8 Championships… qualified for the regional championships in the 1,500 and 4x800. 

2024-25

Indoor: Set the Cardinals’ record in the mile with a third-place time of 4:59.77 in the regional championships at Ithaca College… earned All-Empire 8 honors in the mile with a third-place time of 5:05.21 in the conference championship meet… recorded the second-fastest 800-meter run time (2:18.27) in program history in the Empire 8 Championships. 

Outdoor: Set the Cardinals’ record in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:15.75 in the Cardinal Classic… set the program record in the 1,500-meter run with a time of 4:36.60 at Bucknell… earned All-Empire 8 honors in the 800-meter run with a third-place finish in the conference championship meet… placed 13th in the 1,500-meter run at regionals… helped Fisher’s 4x800 relay team place seventh at regionals. 

2023-24

Indoor: Won the Empire 8 title in the mile with a time of 5:22.36… also earned All-Empire 8 status in the 800-meter run (second place), 4x400 relay (third place) and DMR (first place). 

2022-23

Indoor: Earned second-team All-Empire 8 honors in the DMR. 

Outdoor: Earned second-team All-Empire 8 honors in the 4x800 relay. 

Other Honors

• Earned College Sports Communicators Academic All-District honors as a junior… earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors as a junior.
