2025: Arguably the best defender in program history, Cornell picked up a career-high 85 ground balls and caused 37 turnovers, the most in the Empire 8 Conference, during his senior season…  picked up nine ground balls in a win over Alfred on April 5… caused six turnovers in a win over Colorado College on March 8… named a 2025 Division III Second-Team All-American by the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Coaches Association (USILA)... chosen to play in the USILA North-South All-Star Game… earned 2025 IMLCA defensive first team All-Region 2 honors... became the first two-time Empire 8 Defensive Player of the Year in program history… earned first-team All-E8 honors… ended his career as Fisher’s all-time leader in caused turnovers with 117… holds the program’s top three single-season marks for caused turnovers… also ranks seventh in Fisher history in ground balls with 198.

2024: Won Empire 8 Defensive Player of the Year Award and a spot on the All-Conference First Team... Named Second Team All-America by USILA... Fnished second in the conference during the regular season in caused turnovers per game, with 2.39, and finished in the top 10 of ground balls per game, with 3.17... Completed full season including playoffs with team-leading 50 caused turnovers... Played and started 22 games... Scored a goal and an assist offensively... Won 64 ground balls. 

2023: Won spot on Empire 8 All-Conference Second Team... Earned All-American Honorable Mention from USILA... Earned IMLCA All-Region Honorable Mention... Led team with 26 caused turnovers... Had 43 ground balls.

2022: Came off the bench in 10 games as a freshman ... Amassed six ground balls and four caused turnovers ... Collected two ground balls with one caused turnover against Keuka (4/13) ... Logged two ground balls and forced a pair of turnovers against Russell Sage (4/30).

High School: Played four years on the varsity lacrosse team ... Received all-conference honors as a sophomore and and was tabbed an all-county honorable mention as a senior ... Led his team in ground balls during his senior season in 2021... Also played two years of varsity basketball. 

Personal: Jack is the son of Bernie and Annemarie ... He is majoring in Nursing.
