2021: Earned a handful of All-Empire 8 nods at the indoor and outdoor championship meets including in the 400-meter dash, the 800-meter run, the 4x400 relay, and the 4x800 relay ... was named the USTFCCCA National Track Athlete of the Week on March 23 following her performance at the Empire 8 Indoor Championships, where she placed second in the 400-meter and the 800-meter, but more notably ran a blistering time as the anchor leg in the 4x400 relay to secure the Cardinals' first-ever conference indoor championship ... A member of the 4x800 relay team that placed third at the AARTFC Outdoor Championship.

2020: Competed in seven meets ... Earned a pair of All-Conference honors by placing second in the 800-meters (personal-best 2:26.57) and the Distance Medley Relay ... Won the 800-meters and the 4x400 relay at the Houghton Classic ... Ran her fastest 400-meters at the Spartan Invite with a time of 1:03.93. 

2019: At the Empire 8 Outdoor Track & Field Championships she placed fourth in the 4x400m (4:09.95) ... Placed fifth in the 4x800m (10:06.07). 

High School: Was a three-sport athlete in high school as she competed in track and field and volleyball ... Named All-Tournament in volleyball as a senior.

Personal: Liv is the daughter of Julie and Dan ... A member of the National Honor Society, she is majoring in Nursing.
