NEW YORK, N.Y. – St. John Fisher track and field junior Hayden Penna placed second in the pole vault on Friday night in the All-Atlantic Regional Indoor Championships at the Nike Track and Field Center at the Armory.
Penna recorded a mark of 4.93 meters, just shy of Ursinus' Mitchell Davis' first-place performance of 4.98 meters. Penna, who placed fourth in the 2025 indoor regional meet, has recorded five marks of 4.90 meters or better this season.
The Cardinals stand in 10th entering the second day of the AARTFC meet with 12 points. Rowan owns first place with 65 points, while SUNY Geneseo holds second with 49.
