PITTSFORD, N.Y. – Ten St. John Fisher wrestlers will compete in the NCAA Division III Mideast Regional Championships this weekend at Ithaca College's Athletics and Events Center. Friday's competition will begin at 11 a.m., while Saturday's action will start at 10 a.m.

The top three placers in each weight class will earn an automatic bid to the 2026 NCAA Division III Wrestling Championships in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The Cardinals last had a national qualifier in 2024, when Alex Samson earned All-America status at 141 pounds with an eighth-place finish.

Last Time At Regionals

The Cardinals had six wrestlers earn All-Region status in last year's tournament, in which they finished eighth as a team with 78 points. Daniel Parkulo (125, 5th place), Derek Bernardino (133, 8th place), Trevor Bishop (141, 5th place), Paul Lichter (157, 5th place), Braydon Vandenberg (197, 5th place) and Jackson Burns (285, 5th place) placed for Fisher.
