Penna, Reed Set Program Records In Cornell Indoor Meet

ITHACA, N.Y. – The St. John Fisher men's track and field team resumed the indoor season on Saturday in the Cornell Southern Tier Invite. 

Track Highlights

  • Sophomore Corinthian Reed set the program's indoor record in the 300-meter run with a time of 34.66, good for first place. 

  • Junior Jace Stuart placed seventh and logged the program's third-fastest mile time (4:22.8).

  • Sophomore Trystan Biller logged the fifth-fastest 60-meter hurdles time in program history at 8.51. 

Field Highlights

  • Junior Hayden Penna placed first and set the program's indoor pole vault record with a mark of 4.90 meters.

  • Senior Brandon Kaplan placed second and set a season best in the weight throw, recording a hurl of 17.78 meters.
