ALBANY, N.Y. – The St. John Fisher women's tennis team swept Russell Sage College in singles and doubles on Saturday for a 7-0 victory.
The Cardinals (4-1, 4-0 Empire 8) have won four straight matches since falling 4-3 to SUNY Cortland to start the season.
Doubles Action
Seniors Lilly Renzi and Eliana Kelly recorded their second win as partners, 6-0 over Cami Lamora and Annabella Putnam.
Senior Tiana Buttino and junior Isabella Busch teamed up for the first time this season. They recorded a 6-0 victory over Amber Elk and Katie Snell.
Freshman Adriana Colafranceschi and junior Maddy Langley also won their second win as a duo, blanking Emma Brown and Mackenzie Clogston.
The doubles sweep marked the Cardinals' second of the weekend.
