PITTSFORD, N.Y. – The St. John Fisher field hockey team won its second straight game on Saturday afternoon, scoring four times in the second half to beat SUNY Oneonta 4-2 at Growney Stadium.
The Cardinals improved to 2-4 overall and earned their second consecutive victory over Oneonta. The Red Dragons dropped to 3-2.

Oneonta scored first on Skyler Van Wormer's goal at the 29:38 mark in the first half. She was assisted by Abigal Draper.

The Cardinals rallied in the third quarter with three goals to take a 3-1 lead.

Senior forward Emma Cooper scored her second goal of the season to get Fisher on the board. Senior forward Audrey Grieb had the assist.

Cooper and Grieb connected again for Fisher's second goal – that time with Cooper assisting Grieb.

Senior forward Molly Fisher, who's now scored in two straight games, gave Fiser a 3-1 lead with an unassisted goal at the 39:04 mark.

Fisher leads the team with seven points, six of which she's recorded in the last two games.

Grieb, who finished the game with four total points, recorded her second assist of the game on sophomore midfielder Mary Kate McPhee's goal, which sealed the victory for Fisher. It was McPhee's second goal of the season.

Senior Senja Matson (first half) and freshman Morgan Parrinello (second half) split time in net. Parrinello made eight saves and got credit for the victory.
