PITTSFORD, NY – The St. John Fisher University men's lacrosse team is back in action on Wednesday playing host to SUNY Cortland.
Faceoff is set for 4:00 p.m. Here's what you need to know ahead of the game.
Last Time Out
The Cardinals fell to Ithaca College on Sunday 12-10. The Cardinals were held scoreless in the fourth quarter to give way for an Ithaca comeback.
Matthew Kemmis led the team with three points (2g, 1a).
Sean Donaldson,
Brett Seaman, and
Matt Slowinski had two goals apiece.
Know Your Foe
St. John Fisher is 2-1 against SUNY Cortland all time. The last matchup happened last year and saw Cortland take it 12-5.
Cortland enters Wednesday having it be their first game of the season. Cortland finished last season with a record of 13-5 and lost in the SUNYAC finals.

Jordan Leuze enters Wednesday's game the leading the Cardinals in assists and third on the team in points. Coming off the game against Ithaca he has tallied two goals and five assists.
