ROCHESTER, N.Y. – The Empire 8 Conference released their weekly awards on Monday and forward Brad Fowler is Men's Basketball Player of the Week.
 
Fowler came off the bench to play 24 minutes and make a major impact, as the defeated then top-seeded Nazareth University in the regular season finale on Saturday. Brad. Fowler scored 18 points on 7-for-11 shooting from the field, 1-for-1 from three and 3-for-4 from the free-throw line. He added eight rebounds (three offensive) and two blocked shots. 
 
The Cardinals next game will be the first round of the Empire 8 postseason tournament. They will host Houghton University on Tuesday, Feb. 20 with tip-off scheduled for 6 p.m.
