MENDON, N.Y. – The St. John Fisher University women's tennis team battled Hartwick College at home on Saturday. The Cardinals fell to the hawks, 7-2 and now hold a 2-5 record.
The Cardinals dropped all three of their double matches.
Kathryn Strait and Maddi Langley were the closest to winning their sets, falling by a final score of 8-6.
Lilly Renzi won her singles match, 7-5, 7-6. Fellow teammate,
Lilly Miller, also won her singles match, going 6-3, 6-2 to earn the win.
Up next for the Cardinals is a road contest against Sage College on Sunday, Oct. 1 at 1 p.m.
