NEW YORK, N.Y. – The St. John Fisher Men's Track and Field team traveled to New York, N.Y. to compete in day two of the All-Atlantic Region Championship (AARTFC). The meet took place on Saturday and was hosted at The Nike Track & Field Center at The Armory. As a team, the Cardinals placed 37th out of 41 teams.
On the Track
First for the men,
Cole Ferris competed in the 400m. Ferris ran 51.36, placing 27th overall.
Ending the day on the track, the team of
Brady Bishop,
Trenton Wynn,
Curtis Cuvilly, and Ferris competed in the 4x200m relay. The team ran 1:32.54 to place 13th overall.
On the Field
On the field,
Bryant DePaull and
Sean Cochrane competed in the high jump. DePaull jumped 1.95m to tie for 6th overall. Cochrane also jumped 1.95m, placing 8th overall.
Next up for the Cardinals is the NCAA Indoor Championship. Qualifying athletes will compete in the meet on Friday, Mar. 10, and Saturday, Mar. 11. The meet will take place in Birmingham, AL, and will be hosted at the Birmingham CrossPlex.
