ROCHESTER, N.Y. – The St. John Fisher University Mens Track and Field team stayed local to compete in the Nazareth College Alumni Opener on Friday.
In the 60m open race,
Brady Bishop used a time of 7.40 to take seventh place. Tony DiRubbo ran a mark of 4:37.88 in the mile race to take seventh, which is a PR and sets him at number two in the Empire 8 qualifier list.
Brock Young finished in sixth place in the 60m event, doing so in a time of 7.26. the 4x200 team of
Matthew Stasiw,
Trenton Wynn, Ryan Delane and
Curtis Cuvilly finished in eighth after racing a time of 1:38.84.
Sean Cochranetook third place in the high jump event, clearing a height of 1.91 in his second attempt.
Bryant DePaull finished in eighth in the same event, jumping a height of 1.81 in his first attempt.
The Cardinals will compete in the Spartan Invite hosted by Saint Thomas Aquinas College on Friday, Jan. 13.
