PITTSFORD, N.Y. – The nationally-ranked St. John Fisher College men's lacrosse team has announced its upcoming 2022 schedule with the No. 8 Cardinals set to play one of the toughest schedules in all of Division III that includes four teams that were ranked in the final United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association national poll in 2021.

The campaign kicks off on Saturday, February 26th at Ithaca College before the team hosts a pair of home games on the turf inside Growney Stadium beginning with Cortland on March 2nd followed by No. 10 St. Lawrence at 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 5th.
From there, the team travels to Florida where it will duke it out with DeSales on March 9th before concluding its time in the Sunshine State three days later against Clark University.

On March 19th, Fisher will lock horns with No. 18 Ursinus in Collegeville, Pa. before returning home to pair off with the reigning national champion No. 3 RIT Tigers in a rematch of last year's instant classic that saw the Cardinals nearly topple their crosstown rival.

The home stand is set to continue on Saturday, March 26th with Amherst College before head coach Dave Dobbins' squad hits the road for a pair of games including SUNY Geneseo on March 30th and the team's Empire 8 debut at Nazareth College on April 2nd.

Four days later on April 6th, Fisher welcomes No. 13 Union College to campus.  One week later on April 13th, the team battles Keuka College in a rematch of last season's Empire 8 semifinal.

From there, the team travels down I-90 to Utica College on April 16th before returning home four days later to square off with Alfred University on April 20th.  Following their battle with the Saxons, Fisher will hit the road one more time during the regular season to face Hartwick College on April 23rd and is scheduled to wrap up its regular season at home against Russell Sage on April 30th.
