The nationally-ranked St. John Fisher College football team will return home after a three-game road stint as it hosts Buffalo State for a 1 p.m. contest on Saturday at Growney Stadium.

The Cardinals, who are currently ranked 14^th in the latest D3football.com national poll, enter the contest with an undefeated 4-0 record adn more improtantly an umblemished conference record (2-0). The team's last victory came in the Courage Bowl as the Cardinals grounded the Golden Eagles 42-38 to earn their 12th-straight Courage Bowl victory and third-striaght against Brockport. Fisher came back from a 21-point deficit, setting a new SJFC record.

This weekend's contest will mark the 20th time these two programs have squared off, with Buffalo State taking the most recent win with a 30-7 victory in 2015.
