Fisher 2, Elizabethtown 0

Katie Mazierski and Julia Sortisio both scored one run in the third inning to put the Cardinals up 2-0 over Elizabethtown.

Mazierski started the scoring play by stealing second, forcing the catcher to over throw second base, as she advanced to third, and advanced Sortisio to home base for the first run.

Ashley Prince and Mazierski both tallied one hit, while Lauren Ownes notched one RBI.

Fisher 9, Ohio Northern 3

In the first scoring play of the game, freshman Julia Sortisio drove the ball deep over the fence for a 3-run homerun in the second inning, putting Fisher up 3-0.

The Cardinals were quick to put runners in scoring position in the third inning, as Ashley Prince reached first, sending Sarah Kubik home. On the next play she steals second base, and Karlie Neale advances home on the throw.

Shortly after, Kristina Balsano singles to right field, scoring Prince.

In the final scoring play of the game Genevieve Paeglow managed a single to center, tacking on two RBI, scoring Sam Schermerhorn and Emma Savas.

The Cardinals compete in their final two games in Florida in a double header against Aurora University at 3 p.m. and 5 p.m.
