The St. John Fisher College field hockey team won 4-0 against visiting Oswego State Lakers in its game on Tuesday night.
With the win, the Cardinals improve to 11-5 on the season, while the Lakers end their regular season 3-11.
Fisher took the lead in the sixth minute, following a penalty corner from
Lauren Fazio,
Nickole Morgan drilled a shot up high and into the back of the cage.

Just five minutes later,
Elizabeth Cusack tapped one in near the left post off a pass from
Emily Markarian to make the score 2-0.

Markarian picked up her second assist of the game with just over three minutes left in the half, as the sophomore went 40 yards down the left sidelines and passed to a wide-open Fazio, who was left alone in front of the cage for her ninth goal of the season.

Cusack scored her second goal of the evening in the 52
nd minute with a shot rebounded off the goalie's pads.

Fisher closed out its conference season on Saturday, finishing with a second seed to the E8 tournament that will begin on November 6th, hosted by first seed Ithaca College.
The Cardinals return to action at 7 p.m. on Thursday for a non-conference game against the Brockport Golden Eagles at Growney Stadium.
