The St. John Fisher College women's soccer team dropped a 3-0 decision at East-Avenue rival Nazareth College on Tuesday.
With the loss, Fisher falls to 5-9-1 overall and 2-5 in the Empire 8 Conference, while Golden Flyers improve to 11-2-2, 5-1-1.
Nazareth took the lead early in the first half, but Fisher hung with the Golden Flyers for most of the opening period.  Nazareth finished the first half with a slight 6-5 edge in shots.
The Golden Flyers, however, pulled away early in the second period, tallying two goals in the first 11 minutes.

Sarah O'Brien registered five saves in net, while classmate
Melissa McGowan made one save and didn't allow a goal for the final 34 minutes.
Fisher returns to action at 5 p.m. on Saturday and will host University of Rochester.
