Elizabeth Cusack and
Stacie Skidmore each recorded two goals as the St. John Fisher College field hockey team defeated visiting Houghton College 4-0 on Saturday.

The Cardinals dominated the offense with 35 total shots in the full 70 minutes, yet the first half remained scoreless.Â

Stacie Skidmore opened the scoring in the 43rd minute with Cusack earning the assist on the goal. Cusack would push Fisher's lead to 2-0 less than 30 seconds later with her first goal of the game. Skidmore's second goal would come in the 51st minute off of a rebound while Cusack's scored Fisher's final goal in the 53rd minute, again off of a rebound.
Cusack leads the Cardinals in total goals on the season with 11 while Skidmore has made eight.

Danielle Famolaro spent 59 minutes in goal and stopped three shots, before
Amanda Maciol made her first collegiate appearance for the remaining 11 minutes.

Fisher remains undefeated in Empire 8 Conference play at 4-0 and moves to 7-3 overall. The Cardinals take on host Oswego State at 4 p.m. Tuesday for non-conference action.Â
