The St. John Fisher College women's soccer team handed visiting Hartwick College its second conference loss in a 2-1 overtime game on Sunday afternoon. With the win, the Cardinals are 5-8 overall and 3-1 in conference play, while the Hawks fall to 7-4-1 and 3-2-1.
Hartwick's Casey Boucher opened the scoring in the 15th minute off of a corner kick from teammate Kylie Thayer to give Hartwick an early 1-0 lead.
The Hawks held onto that lead until the final few minutes of the game.
Jackie Romano found
Taryn Guinta to score her fourth goal of the season.
Heading into overtime, Fisher held a 21-6 shot advantage over Hartwick.
The overtime period wouldn't last for long, as Romano scored her first career goal just three minutes in to seal the win for Fisher.
Allison Mooney earned the assist on the game-winner.

Brooke Seavitt made three saves in the 93 minutes in between the posts.
The Cardinals return to action at 2 p.m. Saturday when they host Ithaca College and honor their graduating student-athletes for Senior Day.
