Sixth-seeded St. John Fisher College (34-12) will face No. 2 Tufts University (37-5) at 6:30 p.m. tonight in the semifinals of the NCAA Division III Softball Championship Willimantic Regional.   When the two teams square off tonight, there will be just six teams left in the eight-team, double-elimination tournament.   The winner of tonight's game will advance to the championship game of the winner's bracket on Saturday night and will play either No. 1 Eastern Connecticut State or No. 5 Coast Guard Academy.   The loser of tonight's game will play at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday against Ithaca College, who eliminated Lesley University 6-0 earlier today.
