St. John Fisher College will host Stevens Institute of Technology and Hartwick College this weekend in Empire 8 Conference men's and women's basketball.

On the women's side, Fisher (11-11 overall, 7-4) hosts Stevens (9-12, 6-5) tonight at 6 p.m.  The Cardinals, who defeated the Ducks 60-56 earlier this year, can clinch a spot in the Empire 8 Conference Championship with a win tonight.   On Saturday, Fisher will face visiting Hartwick (19-3, 10-1) at 2 p.m.

The men's team (10-12, 3-8) will host Stevens (18-4, 9-2) at 8 p.m. tonight and Hartwick (20-2, 9-2) at 4 p.m. on Saturday.  The Cardinals have been eliminated from post-season play, but there's still plenty to play for.  Fisher must win its last three regular-season games to avoid having its first losing season since 1986-87.
