The St. John Fisher College softball team dropped two games at Alfred University on Sunday.
In the first game, Fisher's
Danielle Leone gave up just four hits
in a 1-0 loss to Alfred University. The Cardinals mustered only two hits in the game.
In the nightcap, Fisher (24-16)
lost a 2-1 decision to the Saxons (34-6). Kayla Goodberlet drove in Fisher's lone run.
Emily Britzzalaro went 2-for-2 with a run scored.
The Cardinals will return to action on Friday as the No. 3 seed in the Empire 8 Conference Championship.
