St. John Fisher University Athletics

Lindsay Scott (Webster/Webster Schroeder) of the St. John Fisher College field hockey team has been named the College's Female Athlete of the Week for the week that ended on October 20, 2019. 

The senior scored 10 points over the Cardinals' three games this past week that included wins against Brockport and Sage and a hard-fought 2-1 loss at No. 1 Middlebury. Nine of the forward's points came in the 10-0 thrashing of the Gators on Friday. Scott set new program-records for a single game with seven assists and nine points for Fisher. The Webster native also earned an assist in the 5-0 victory over Brockport on Wednesday. 

The Fisher forward is leading the Empire 8 with 17 assists so far this year. The next closest in the conference has eight helpers.
