St. John Fisher University Athletics

Gianna Palma (Brighton/Brighton) of the St. John Fisher College field hockey team helped keep the Cardinals unbeaten on the season as Fisher downed St. Lawrence, 4-1, on Saturday.

Palma finished with five points in the win as the Brighton native added two goals and an assist to go along with five shots in Fisher's lone contest of the week. 

Field hockey will be back in action at 7 p.m. on Wednesday when it hosts SUNY Geneseo in a non-conference bout at Growney Stadium.
