St. John Fisher University Athletics

Melissa Posella, a 1996 St. John Fisher graduate, leads the Cardinals’ cheerleading program. 

Posella started her coaching career with the Fairport Packers Youth League and at Penfield High School. She has been a youth cheerleading coach for the Websiter Junior Warriors and Junior Titans since 2014. 

Posella resides in Webster with her husband, Tim, their four daughters, Emma, Olivia, Alanna, and Sophia. In addition to coaching, she is also a Project Manager at Rochester Regional Health.
