Former All-Big Ten Conference and All-American faceoff specialist Logan Callahan joined the St. John Fisher men’s lacrosse program as an assistant coach in September 2025. He primarily works with the Cardinals’ faceoff specialists.

Callahan, a native of nearby Victor, played four seasons (2022-25) at Johns Hopkins University. He finished his collegiate career seventh in program history in faceoffs attempted (762) and eighth in faceoffs won (416).

Callahan produced his best numbers as a senior in 2025, when he became just the third faceoff specialist in Big Ten history to earn All-B1G honors (second team) and earned honorable mention All-America honors from Inside Lacrosse and the USA Lacrosse Magazine. That season, he recorded the sixth-most faceoff wins (189) by a Hopkins player in a season, the most ground balls (101) by a Hopkins player since 2015 and the 11th-highest faceoff win percentage (.608) in Division I.

The Blue Jays reached the NCAA Tournament in Callahan’s sophomore and junior seasons.

Callahan was named Monroe County Player of the Year and Section 5 Offensive Player of the Year after his senior season at Victor High School.
